Sara Katchutas

Sara is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario. She has earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from the University of Guelph-Humber and has her Master’s Degree in Counseling Psychology from Yorkville University. 

Sara has a passion for active listening and practices a client-centered approach to counselling. She offers assistance for teens, young adults, adults, and seniors as they progress through difficult transitional periods. Sara provides support for clients who may be struggling with a variety of concerns including anxiety, depression, transitional stress, interpersonal concerns (workplace, family, friendships), and more. 

Sara strives to employ a culturally conscious, integrated approach for her clients, with an aptitude for Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and challenging her client’s thinking while maintaining an encouraging, positive, and empathetic demeanor. Sara believes that everyone is capable and deserving of internal harmony and well-being!

Beyond Work Hours: 
Sara enjoys creative writing and has written 4 novel length fictional stories and loves going for walks!
